Shipping
All sales are by the case.
Once we receive your order, please allow one week for delivery. If this will be a problem due to a temporary lack of stock, you will be contacted immediately with the expected delivery date.
We ship using UPS ground. If you prefer that we use a different company, select Store Pickup as the shipping method, and then contact us with your request. You will then be billed separately for shipping.
You are also welcome to come in to our warehouse to pick up your order. Just select Store Pickup as the shipping method. For orders of $150 or more, we offer free delivery within the Las Vegas area. Just select Store Pickup as the shipping method, and then contact us to schedule delivery.
Returns
We will immediately replace any breakage during delivery. If there is any breakage, please notify us and the shipping company immediately. The shipping company may send someone to investigate the cause.
If any items are to be returned or exchanged, please contact us to let us know as soon as possible. Returns should be shipped in their original packaging, within 7 days of the date that they were received. The shipping fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
